Speculative Title Sequence
Hard Boiled Wonderland

A speculative title sequence inspired by Haruki Murakami’s Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World, one of my favorite novels. The sequence doesn’t explain the story directly but reflects the novel’s mood instead.

The project uses stock footage, reimagined through custom grading, textures, and overlays to create a layered, surreal atmosphere. The goal was to capture the tension between logic and dream that runs throughout the novel.
